Terms of Service

The prices shown on the Jolie Intimates website are wholesale prices. Wholesale customers must purchase the minimums of a style in order to obtain the wholesale prices reflected in our shopping carts.

There is no sales tax added on orders shipped outside of the State of New York. For New York buyers, a 8% sales tax will be added to all orders.

A minimum purchase of $100.00 is required on all first wholesale orders over the Internet. Please note a 2% handling and processing fee is standard on all orders. These fees are waived for any buyer who physically comes to the warehouse and picks out their orders.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Terms are net unless otherwise stated.

Payments

CREDIT CARDS: Credit cards are accepted for all orders and transactionsJolie Intimates accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Novus Cards. Please have all credit card information on hand when ordering.

Shipping and Handling

• All prices are net and do not include shipping. Shipping is added onto each invoice.
  
  
• Delivery normally takes anywhere between 7- 10 business days from the time the order is placed depending on the final destination. We do not drop ship.
  
  
• We ship in the United States or to a freight forwarder in the United States.
  
  
• All orders are shipped U.P.S. Ground or Fedex , unless instructed otherwise, or unless ground service is unavailable. We will furnish you with a tracking number via email, as long as we have your email address in our system. You can track your UPS shipment the UPS Internet tracking site.
  
  Please note UPS/Fedex will not deliver to Post Office Boxes (PO Box) within the United States. For faster expediting, orders can be Overnight or 2-Day Air for an extra charge. Indicate on order if you want this change, otherwise we will ship UPS ground. For larger orders, we will ship best way or via common freight carrier, or per your routing instructions. Freight charges are based on the weight of the packages for shipments and international freight charges are based on weight and size.
  
  U.S. Mail (USPS): The U.S. Mail is not our preferred method of shipping; however, if you choose to ship via U.S. Mail, all orders will be charged a service fee of $10.00 plus the US Mail shipping charges.
  
  Freight Forwarding - On all larger cargo, ship or air shipments, and containers, we will use the most economical and reliable carrier. We have a list of certified and will determine which is best based on the final destination.
  
  
• Our warehouse is located in the Edison, New Jersey. All orders are FOB our warehouse.
  
  
• Items not in stock will be back-ordered. Orders will default to "Allow Backorders" unless otherwise instructed. Back orders will be cancelled if merchandise is not available after 45 days, or at buyers request. This does not include fashion items that are booked weeks in advance. Unless holding for a backorder, orders will not be held for more than 10 days without payment.
  
  
• Any order which is refused must be will be reshipped only upon payment of double freight.
  
  

Returns

All merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturers defects, unless otherwise stated, (i.e., irregulars, defectives, etc.). Damage due to excessive wear, improper care, or prolonged display will not be considered for credit. Returns are for merchandise credit only. The only exception and justification for return of merchandise is: 1.) Defective merchandise. 2.) Substitution of styles or colors by manufacturer error. 3.) Delivery of merchandise after confirmed cancellation date without buyers extension.

Absolutely no returns without prior verbal authorization. We do not sell on your business's anticipation, nor do we sell on consignment. For any shipment sent back to Jolie Intimates for no reason other than a packing error, defective goods or otherwise, there will be a 15% restocking fee imposed. This decision is determined by Jolie Intimates on an individual basis. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be shipped back at customers expense. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.

Cancellations

Cancellations or changes made 24 hours after your order has been received are subject to a 20% restocking fee

Privacy Policy

Jolie Intimates values the privacy of it's customers and all information that is derived from within. As a company policy.

1. Jolie Intimates will uphold all customer information in complete confidence.
2. Jolie Intimates will not share any information with third party resources, including printed mailing list or computer generated data list.
3. Jolie Intimates will not sell, barter, trade, negotiate, nor deviate from stated policies.

It is our policy to never send private information, such as your credit card number, via e-mail. In fact, this is a practice we recommend you adopt in all of your Internet activities.

We designed Jolieintimates.com to accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology; for example, 6.0 versions or higher of Netscape Navigator and versions 6.0 or higher of Internet Explorer. All credit card orders are through a secured socket layer encrypted connection.
